Announcing the Inaugural I2IDL Technical Steering Committee
We are happy to announce the members of I2IDL’s Technical Standards Committee.
I2IDL’s Technical Steering Committee provides an advisory role to our board on all things related to open source governance, data standards development, and data conformance tests.
Sometimes you get lucky and a great team just comes together.
That’s how we feel today with this announcement of I2IDL’s inaugural Technical Steering Committee. Composed of experts from across industry, academia, and government services, this group will be relied on to advise the institute on matters of technical governance and to ensure equity in the open source nature of our work.
The committee is responsible for the institute’s open source policy and for consensus-first advisory on matters of technical conformance testing.
